He is the co-owner of the original Salerno’s Restaurants with its main office in Oak Park, IL. Emilio splits his time between Chicago and Italy and still oversees his businesses. He will happily help organize your stay to maximize your Southern-Italian getaway!

Emilio set out to make his parents proud by renovating and modernizing his familial home so it did not go to waste and it can be shared with family and friends while visiting Italy!
